Summit follows a series of robust checks to make sure that our clients are not wasting their time with applicants that are just not right for the role.  We spend the time in the selection process to ensure that your time is not wasted at the interview stage.  Our goal is for our clients to have a thorough understanding of the applicant and the reasons for their suitability for the role, BEFORE the interview starts.  This means less time wasted on unproductive interviews and lower fall off rates for successfully placed candidates.

Honest and Transparent Communication

We commit to keeping our clients up to date on progress with their roles, any challenges that come up and work together to overcome them.  We recognise that all businesses are different and need different types of people to achieve their goals.  If for any reason we aren't confident that we can meet the needs of our clients, we will tell you this.  We will NOT string our clients along with empty promises and false expectations that lead them disappointed or unsure of where they stand.

Our clients priorities are our priorities.  In a talent short market it's imperative that your recruitment partner shares your sense of urgency to get traction on a role.  Often, job seekers are applying for multiple roles at the same time, and delays in advertising or responding to applicants can lead to missed opportunities and unnecessary delays in the recruitment process.  Summit recognises this andprides itself on acting with urgency at all stages.

In the same way that it's important to understand  the client as fully as possible, good recruitment requires investing time in understanding the candidates that apply on more than just a surface level.  While matching up an applicants background against the role requirements is an important part of any recruitment process, Summit believesit's our job to peel back the layers and provide clients with a picture of the person they are interviewing, not just their CV.
