Finding the talent you need in a tight market

The recruitment process commences with constructing a good advert in order to "attract" and "source" talent in a candidate tight market.  If you are a small business and do not want to pay for a full placement fee, we offer an advertising only service or an advertising work shop advising what constitutes a good advert in todays changing market.

Reference checking and Validations

References you can rely on 

Reference checks are a vital part of the recruitment process and provide a means of verifying the information you have received to date. 

Validating reference checks is an essential component of the recruitment process with alot of referee contacts being a mobile number making it difficult to confirm that you are in fact speaking to the relevant person.  At Summit Recruitment we offer a validated reference checking as either part of the permanent recruitment process or as a stand along service.
